Because we deal in agricultural, perishable, and consumable products, these items fall under a Non-Returnable Category.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns for any products once they are delivered.
This includes items such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, soil products, animal feed, plant nutrients, or any other agricultural goods.

The reason is simple:
Once delivered, these products cannot be reused, resold, or quality-verified, making returns impossible for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons.

Refunds Policy

Although returns are not accepted, refunds may be issued only in specific situations, such as:

1. Damaged product on delivery

If the item arrived damaged, leaking, spoiled, or in unusable condition.

2. Wrong product received

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered.

3. Missing items
